Since the Corona Virus pandemic was created back in 2019 intelligent people have been questioning the legality of Government and Police actions and the more research people did the more they realised that everything the government was doing was unlawful which is why they are Covid “policies” and not “laws”.
For example, to create a law that says you cannot go to work and earn money for your family is against human rights yet the Police HAVE been arresting and fining people, how? The truth is that people have been arrested and fined for things like breach of the peace and assault resulting from unlawful police actions. To date not a single person has been fined or arrested for any of the fabricated Covid policies which are NOT lawful and the government knows it.

What a small group of clever people – which included a number of top solicitors – decided to do was to play the government at their own game and use the fact that their actions and the actions of their corporate police force where illegal to claim masses of compensation.
The problem was that very few corporate police officers actually know the law and those that do are simply not intelligent enough to understand it resulting in many officers truly believing that what they are doing – i.e. physically assaulting or detaining citizens for peacefully protesting – is legal. So what the group did was create a common law ID card with a QR Code allowing the police or any other government official to access – and agree to – a legal statement.
Over the past 18 months here in the United Kingdom 100’s of people have been wrongfully detained and/or arrested and unfortunately after detention and/or arrest and knowing of their rights and the illegal actions of the policy enforcement officer, some people have resisted physically and although you are well within your rights to physically resist unlawful actions by the Police this does give the Police something to charge you with i.e. breach of the peace, assault, even though they instigated the altercation and they WILL lie and deny any illegal activity they where involved in.

How has the Common Law ID card been helping?
If you hold a common law ID card you simply stay quiet, stay calm, hand your ID card over to the police, let them read it and encourage them to scan the QR code to read the legal statement online. It doesn’t matter if they do not visit the online statement because by asking for and accepting your ID they have agreed to the legal terms.
The legal statement has been drafted by people who are at the top of their field in law and human rights and once handed over the policy enforcement officer i.e. police officer is bound by the legal statement resulting in a number of people being awarded £1000’s in compensation for things like Unlawful Arrest, Imprisonment, Detainment, Threat, Duress and Trespass.
Because of the legal statement there is no way out for the policy enforcement officer or Government official because compensation amounts are listed clearly in print and by accepting your ID they have agreed to the legal terms giving the courts no option but to award the compensation if they themselves a want to act legally.
Remember! to date NO ONE has been fined, imprisoned or detained due any of the fabricated, unlawful covid polices, this is why they are policies and not laws, they have NOT been passed as laws and to do so would violate human rights.
